Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. Coaching and nutrition are virtual. Personal training is in-person at my gym in Allen, TX, easy to reach from Plano, Frisco, and McKinney.
What if I'm completely new to lifting?
Good. We start exactly where you are. The first session is an assessment. No pressure, no performance.
What if I have an injury or chronic pain?
Tell me upfront. I'll work around it or refer you to the right person first. No guessing.
How often should I train?
Depends on your schedule and your goals. We figure that out together in the first session.
Can I combine training with coaching or nutrition?
Yes. Most do. We build whatever combination makes sense for your life.
What's the cancellation policy?
24-hour notice for cancellations. Life happens. Just tell me and we'll work it out.
